RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

1. The return or exchange of a purchased item must be made within 30 days from date of purchase from Biome online store (www.biome.com.my)
2. Product(s) can be returned for exchange or refund, provided the product(s) is returned in new and original condition with original product packaging.
3. Product(s) sold at mark down prices due to promotion cannot be returned.

4. Please email us info@biome.com.my for assistance and our Customer Service personnel will get back to you within 2 full working day for immediate refund for repurchase shall the request falls under non- working day.
5. Once approved, your refund will be processed and a coupon code in the form of e-gift certificate will be processed so that the amount reflects to the money and it will be credited back to your credit card/debit card.
