This is a boutique premium release by KimchiDVD which I believe is a South Korean based company.
Steelbook is in relatively acceptable / fair condition. It has shelfware, age, and use. It has light scratches and small scuffs. The reason it is in acceptable condition is because it's sort of slanted (maybe broken) in that it doesn't line up when closed unless you jingle it a bit. It does close fine when you line it up carefully, but I wanted this to be disclosed for whoever was interested.
